Building a Better Beer Festival

We’re in the last month of preparation for the 2012 Grayson Blues & Brews Craft Beer Festival. The bands have been booked, the food vendors are secured, volunteers are being coordinated, venue layouts are being reviewed and the breweries are all looking through their kegs to bring some of the best samplings to Grayson for the day.

A small group of folks have spent the last 362 days (we had to take a few days off to celebrate last year’s success!) to make sure this year’s festival is a bigger, better and more awesome experience!

In the next few days, we’ll be presenting menus, a coordinated entertainment schedule, and a list of the fabulous brews that will be available for sampling. And a few surprises, too!

It’s a labor of love, for sure, but more than that, it’s just plain fun. I mean, organizing a beer festival … what a great job! Somebody’s gotta do it … Right?

October 6. Just a few weeks away.

Oh Boy! Oh Boy! Oh Boy! Can’t wait!
